The Level Master 200 Flexible Levelling Compound (20kg) is a high-quality, cement-based floor smoothing compound designed for use on a wide range of internal subfloors. Its polymer-modified formula provides enhanced flexibility, making it ideal for use over underfloor heating systems and substrates subject to minor movement or vibration. Once mixed with water, it forms a smooth, self-levelling mixture that can be easily poured and spread, creating an even surface ready for the installation of floor coverings like vinyl, carpet, laminate, or ceramic tiles. This compound sets quickly, allowing light foot traffic in as little as 3–4 hours, and is typically ready to receive floor finishes within 24 hours, depending on the application thickness. It can be applied in depths from 2mm to 6mm in a single coat, and up to 20mm when bulked out with aggregate. With a coverage of approximately 3.6m² at 3mm thickness per 20kg bag, it is ideal for both domestic and commercial use.
