The Rapid 30‑Minute Floor Levelling Compound is a high-performance, self‑levelling underlayment engineered for swift and efficient floor preparation. Typically based on advanced cement or hybrid technology, it offers a pot life of around 30 minutes at a 3 mm application depth—providing ample working time—and becomes walkable within just 30 minutes in ideal conditions (20 °C).
Loose‑lay flooring can be installed after approximately 45 minutes, and fully bonded coverings—such as tiles, vinyl, or engineered timber—can be laid after about three hours.
This compound is designed for use over common subfloors including concrete, cementitious screeds, anhydrite, and heated floor systems, delivering a smooth, flat surface ready for finishing. Its high early strength ensures durability, while its protein‑free formula makes it suitable for areas with hygiene requirements.
Coverage is typically around 1.6 kg per square metre per millimetre of depth. Additionally, some versions include fiber reinforcement to improve flexibility and reduce shrinkage, allowing coverage after approximately six hours in certain hybrid formulation.
