WP70 Silicone Sealant is a professional-grade, low-modulus, neutral- (oxime-) cure silicone designed for high-performance perimeter sealing—especially around external door and window frames made of uPVC, aluminum, or wood . Its neutral curing chemistry means low odour, non-corrosive application, and compatibility with a wide range of substrates like glass, painted surfaces, concrete, and mortar.
Formulated with added uPVC adhesion promoters, WP70 offers rapid curing—a tack-free skin forms within 30 minutes, tooling window opens (approx. 5–10 minutes), with full cure at about 1–3 mm per day depending on conditions.
Once cured, it remains permanently elastic, with service temperature resilience ranging from –60 °C to +160 °C, resisting UV, ozone, salt water, and extreme weather.
